Typical order (adjust for your team)

  1. Attendants who will help with children or logistics first, if they need to be free early
  2. Mother of the bride, then mother of the groom, when looks are light
  3. Bridesmaids, then the bride’s final makeup (with touch-up time before the reveal)

London-specific buffers

Allow for traffic to the venue if your artist is travelling across London between prep location and a separate getting-ready hotel. A written schedule shared with the coordinator prevents overlap with toast times.
